The petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioners at the instance of respondent Nos. 4 and 5.
In this case the marriage between the petitioners was solemnized on 28.4.2003. Thereafter, FIR No.26 dated 8.2.2005 was lodged by Bharat Singh, father of petitioner No.1under Sections 498-A/406/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Khol, District Rewari. Petitioner No.2 and his family members were granted bails vide orders dated 17.5.2005 and 16.2.2005 (Annexures P-1 and P-2 respectively). Since father of petitioner No.1 has taken recourse to law, no ground for interference is made out.
However, in case any other case is registered against the petitioners, they would again be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy as per law.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
