The other co-accused Sanjay has been allowed the concession of interim bail vide Crl.M.No. M-9158 of 2009. Another co-accused Rajeev @ Dimpi has also been allowed the concession of anticipatory bail vide order dated 6.5.2009 vide Crl.M.No. 9896 of 2009.
The petitioner is stated to have been declared innocent during the course of investigation.
