Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he be allowed to withdraw the present petition as he has already submitted a representation (Annexure P-1) before respondent No.3.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, this Court hopes and trust that respondent No.3 shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate steps if circumstances so warrant.
