Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 8.5.2009, the petitioner has joined the investigation. This fact is admitted by the counsel for the State, on instructions received from HC Jaswinder Singh. Counsel for the State further submits that he is no more required for custodial interrogation.
Without commenting on the merits of the case, order dated 8.5.2009 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner shall keep on joining investigation as and when called for. He shall also abide by the provisions of Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition is disposed of.
