Jatinderpal – petitioner has applied for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 178 dated 17.11.2008, under Sections 307, 323, 324, 452, 148, 149 IPC (subsequently added Sections 325, 326 IPC), registered at Police Station Sadar Kapurthala, District Kapurthala.
As per allegation of the prosecution, petitioner was armed with a dang and he inflicted simple injuries to three persons, whereas grievous injuries, dangerous to life, have been attributed to nonapplicants.
The petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2008.
Keeping in view the observations made in paragraphs No. 11
and 12 of the authority reported as Dalip Singh vs. State of Punjab 2009 (1) RCR (Criminal) 657, bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
