This is a petition for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 138 dated 11.12.2007, under Sections 306/116 IPC, registered at Police Station Sardulgarh, District Mansa.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Piara Singh, has stated at the Bar that the case is now fixed for 10.7.2009 for defence evidence, in the trial Court.
In view of the abovesaid position, the petition stands dismissed.
