It is contended that photocopy of the Bahi entry was placed on record alongwith the plaint as such the impugned order allowing the application of the plaintiff- respondent for amendment of the plaint giving permission to incorporate the date of Bahi entry from 11.11.2004/11.12.204 instead of 12.12.2004 does not call for any interference. No ground is made out for setting aside the order.
Dismissed.
