The judgment of mine shall dispose of Civil Revisions Nos.5294, 5295, 5296 and 5297 of 2006. Respondents No. 1 and 2 claimed demised property to be their ownership whereas respondent No. 3 claimed to be his ownership. The petitioner has filed inter pleader suit while claiming himself to be tenant under respondents No. 1 and 2. It is to be decided during the trial as to under whom the petitioner is in possession as tenant. The rent is being deposited regularly in the Court and the same will be received by the owner who is ultimately declared entitled to the same. As such in the peculiar circumstances, both the parties are directed to maintain status quo with regard to possession during the pendency of the suit.
These petitions are disposed of accordingly.
