and set up title in himself. It will amount to deflecting the whole scope of proceedings and an amendment that abnegates an admission already made in the course of proceedings cannot be allowed except under extra ordinary circumstances. The Court below has approached the issue in the right perspective and I do not find any extraordinary circumstance that should occasion a different approach, than how the matter has been dealt with by the Rent Controller. The revision petition is, therefore, dismissed.
