Prayer in the application is for direction to the learned Court below for early disposal of the suit filed by the petitioner.
A perusal of the suit filed by the petitioner shows that both the parties to the suit are living in England. Regarding some property in India the litigation is being fought.
Considering the above fact, I do not find any reason to direct the learned Court below to expedite the disposal of the suit in priority to the others which are pending.
The revision petition is dismissed.
