Learned counsel for the respondent-landlord has stated that in pursuance of the order of ejectment passed by the Rent Controller and confirmed by the Appellate Authority, his client has taken the possession of the demised premises. He has also produced copy of the order passed by the Executing Court.
Having scrutinized the records, the judgment is shorn of any irregularity or illegality warranting interference by this Court.
Consequently the instant petition is dismissed. However, if the aforesaid facts are found to be incorrect, then the petitioner would be at liberty to apply for recalling of the order.
