For the reasons stated in the application, the legal representative of deceased Ved Kaur as mentioned in para-2 of the application being the only son, is allowed to be brought on record for the purpose of decision of the present appeal only.
Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant undertakes to file amended memo of parties in the Registry within two weeks.
