Both the parties are ad idem that all the aforesaid appeals are

squarely covered by the decision of this Court in RFA No.1360 of 1999 titled as State of Haryana and another Vs. Ved Parkash and others and RFA No.3502 of 1998 titled as Ved Parkash and others Vs. State of Haryana and another decided by Hon'ble Mr.Justice Swatanter Kumar on 26.8.1999.
In view of the aforesaid statement, all the present appeals are hereby disposed of in terms of the judgment passed in RFA No.1360 of 1999 titled as State of Haryana and another Vs.
