This order shall dispose of 45 appeals, namely, RFA Nos.1475, 1474 of 2002, 2172 of 2003, 1893 of 2000, 100 of 2000, 3466, 3467, 2119, 2120, 2121, 2122, 2167 of 2001, 3508 of 2001, 3482 of 2001, 2993 of 2001, 3099 of 2003, 3680, 3681 of 2001, 3678, 3679 of 2001, 3632 to 3650 of 2002, 4142 to 4146 of 2001 and 4637 of 2006 filed by the claimants and the State of Haryana by a common judgment as common question of law and facts are involved therein.
Both the parties are ad idem that all the aforesaid appeals are

squarely covered by the decision of this Court in RFA No.1360 of 1999 titled as State of Haryana and another Vs. Ved Parkash and others and RFA No.3502 of 1998 titled as Ved Parkash and others Vs. State of Haryana and another decided by Hon'ble Mr.Justice Swatanter Kumar on 26.8.1999.
In view of the aforesaid statement, all the present appeals are hereby disposed of in terms of the judgment passed in RFA No.1360 of 1999 titled as State of Haryana and another Vs. Ved Parkash and others and RFA No.3502 of 1998 titled as Ved Parkash and others Vs. State of Haryana and another decided by Hon'ble Mr.Justice Swatanter Kumar on 26.8.1999.
