Mr. H.S.Hooda, Advocate General, Haryana has fairly conceded that the aforesaid appeals are covered by a decision rendered by this Court in RFA No. 301 of 2005 titled as 'Jitender Singh and others versus State of Haryana and another' decided by Hon'ble Mr. Justice H.S.Bhalla on 22.11.2006 whereby appeals filed by the State of Haryana for reduction of compensation awarded by District Judge, Panipat were dismissed.
In view of the aforesaid statement, the present appeals filed by the
State of Haryana are also dismissed.
