The petitioner has filed this petition against the order of suspension dated 26.2.2007 passed by respondent No.2 as well as the order dated 14.5.2007 passed by respondent No.1, whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner against the aforesaid order, has been dismissed.
Counsel for the respondent-State has informed that during the pendency of this petition, fresh election of Gram Panchayat of Village Khamera has been held and a new Sarpanch has been elected. In view of the subsequent development, this petition against the order of suspension has become infructuous. This fact has not been controverted by the counsel for the petitioner.
Dismissed as infructuous.
So far as the order of suspension of the petitioner is concerned, the same will not come in the way of the petitioner in future.
