The petitioner has prayed for quashing the charge-sheet dated 16.11.2007 (Annexure P-1). It is contended that the respondents have already decided to effect recovery from the salary of the petitioner and are likely to hold the petitioner guilty. It is further contended that the District Manager of Punjab Agro Industries Corporation has been left out without issuing any charge-sheet against him.
The petitioner has just been issued a charge-sheet, to which he may file his reply. No decision has been taken in the departmental proceedings as yet. Resultantly, the writ petition is premature and the same is dismissed.
