Learned State counsel has placed on record an order dated 9.5.2008, passed by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda, deputing one gunman for the security of the petitioner. The petitioner can now undertake and harvesting agricultural operation without any fear. A copy of the order is taken on record as Mark 'A'. However, it is made clear that in case the petitioner needs any further help she should feel free to move appropriate application before Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda bringing to his notice further requirement maintaining for her personal liberty and freedom.
