The petitioner has filed this petition for quashing the nomination form to be filled by the candidate in the Panchayat elections. Since the election of Panchayat has already been conducted, therefore, at this stage, we are not inclined to entertain this petition.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to pursue the authorities for making correction in the nomination form.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
