The Petitioner has brought this petition under 482 read with Section 3(i)(d) of the Haryana Temporary Release of Prisoners on Good Conduct Act for his release on a parole for a period of four weeks, in case FIR No. 140 dated 28.6.1990 under Sections 302, 307, 34 IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station, Sampla, Tehsil and District Rohtak on the ground of getting his children admitted in the College.
It is pointed out by learned State counsel that in fact, the petitioner had already availed six weeks parole from 8.4.2008 to 21.5.2008 at the time of admissions of his children. This fact could not be denied by

learned counsel for the petitioner.
Thus, in the given facts and circumstances of this case, at this stage, the ground taken in the month of November, 2008, for seeking parole in the matter, does not appear to be genuine especially in view of the fact that the petitioner had already availed the concession of parole in AprilMay this year for the same purpose.
Dismissed.
