Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Ram Singh, Sub Inspector/ Station House Officer, Police Station, City, Moga, has pointed out that the entire evidence has been recorded. Only Investigating Officer needs to be examined on the next date. The next date fixed in the case is 13.8.2008.
In view of the stage of the case, the petition is dismissed.
However, if the trial is further delayed, the petitioner would be
at liberty to approach the Court again.
