Prayer in this petition is, for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.218 dated 6.7.2005, registered under Sections 379,411,420,467,468,471,419,120-B IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, Patiala.
As the petitioner is alleged to have prepared forged vouchers and bills, thereafter, forged registration certificates, no ground to release the petitioner on bail.
The contentions raised by counsel for the petitioner that in the second FIR, the petitioner has already been released on bail, is no ground to extend the concession of anticipatory bail. Dismissed.
