The petitioners apprehending their arrest in a non-bailable offence in complaint case filed by respondent No.1 under Sections 323/452/506/148/149 IPC, have filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail.
I have heard the counsel for the parties.
This order be read in continuation of the earlier order dated May 30, 2006 passed by this Court.
Counsel for the petitioner contends that in terms of the aforesaid interim order, the petitioners had appeared before the trial Court and furnished their bail bonds which have been accepted and attested, and since then they are regularly appearing. These facts have not been disputed by the State counsel.
In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the interim order dated May 30, 2006 is made absolute.
Disposed of accordingly.
