Counsel for the respondent-State informs that in terms of the order dated April 27, 2006, the petitioner has not joined the investigation till date. On July 27, 2006, last opportunity was granted to the petitioner to join the investigation in terms of the order dated April 27, 2006 passed by this Court. Counsel for the petitioner states that in spite of the information given to the petitioner in writing, he did not respond.
In view of the aforesaid facts, this petition is hereby dismissed.
