The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of an FIR No. 229 dated 12.6.2004 under Sections 419/467/468/471/120-B IPC, registered at Police Station City Thanesar, District Kurukshetra and challan report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.
After arguing the case for some time, counsel for the petitioner on instruction states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with a liberty to raise all the points raised in this petition at the appropriate stage of trial including at the stage of framing of the charge.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
