Petitioner has inter alia prayed for following reliefs

in the paragraphs No.1 of the writ petition:-

“That this writ application on behalf of the petitioner aforesaid is directed for issuance of appropriate writ(s) order(s), Direction(s) preferably in the nature of mandamus for commanding the respondents to pay the family pension to the petitioner which has been withheld after the death of her husband.”

petitioner informs this Court that substantial amount of family pension under different heads has been paid to the petitioner, however, calculation chart has not been given to her. The petitioner seeks liberty to file a detailed representation before the Registrar of the University, if the petitioner finds that under any head, payment has not been made to her.

In case, the petitioner files a detailed representation, the Registrar will furnish the calculation chart to her and, if he finds that any remaining amounts are to be paid, then the same should be paid to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

In case of failure on part of the Registrar to make payment to the petitioner for any reason, the petitioner is at liberty to take action against him and proceed to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
