The present writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs:

No.263215483899804, dt.-08.01.2026 as contained in Annexure-P5 of the petition for a total area of 7.91 Acre consisting & pertaining to Mauza-Barkamore, Revenue Thana No.-201, Tauzi No.-8048/8092, Anchal-Sasaram, R.S. Khata No.-223 (C.S. Khata No.-50), Khesra No.-622 (C.S. Khata No.-226), Khesra No.-341 (C.S. Khata No.170), Khesra No.-317 (C.S. Khata No.-227) & Khesra No.-745 (C.S. Khata No.-636) for an area of 22 Decimal, 1 Acre 78 Decimal, 3 Acre 53 Decimal & 2 Acre 38 Decimal respectively within a stipulated period & time.

ii. Commanding the respondent authorities particularly the Resp. No.-3 & 7. to follow with the guidelines issued time-ontime for the purpose of correction of incorrect entries in the digitized Jamabandi register.
