In the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for the grant of the following relief:-

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for seeking the aforesaid relief, the petitioner is prepared to file a fresh representation before the District Programme Officer (Literacy), Gaya Jee and he further prays that an appropriate direction be issued to the District Programme Officer (Literacy), Gaya Jee to dispose of the representation within a fixed timeframe, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

To the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the respondentState does not have any objection.

Considering the limited nature of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the District Programme Officer (Literacy), Gaya Jee within two weeks from today. If such a representation is filed within the stipulated time, the District Programme Officer (Literacy), Gaya Jee shall dispose of the same within a
