different colleges, including affiliated religious and minority colleges, under the university as well as including the statutes regarding the Time Bound promotion scheme as approved by the Chancellor contained in B.S.U.-20/92-2280/GS,(1) dated 14.09.1992 issued by the concerned authorities under the government secretariat, Bihar.
ii. To grant any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitle in the facts and circumstances of this case.

Patna within one month from today and if such a representation is filed within the stipulated time, the same shall be disposed of within a period of six months from the date of filing of the representation, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
