petition has sought, inter alia, the following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:-

“(i) For issuance of a direction to the respondent authorities for restraining the private respondents no.8 to 10 not to obstruct 3,768 squire feet of land pertaining to Khata No. 49, Khesra No. 360, Thana No. 412 (as shown with the schedule-1 of the petition before the S.D.M. East of Muzaffarpur, the Respondent No. 6) which has been shown, provided and allowed in the five sale deeds for ingress and outgress to the sale deed holders and others as their road s and for maintaining status quo on the land 3,768 square feet till the disposal of the writ application.

(ii) For grant of any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
