petitioner seeks to make correction in the cause title of present writ petition in respect of the address of the petitioner, in course of the day.

The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ

petition has sought inter alia the following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:-

“i. For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of ceritorari for quashing the order dated 29.11.2025 passed in jamabandi cancellation appeal No 80/2025-26 passed by respondent district magistrate

sheikhpura, whereby and whereunder respondent district magistrate has been pleased to dismiss the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order dated 7.01.2025 passed by respondent additional collector cum additional district magistrate sheikhpura in jamabandi cancellation case no 2 of 2020.

ii further issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order date 7.01.2025 passed in jamabandi cancellation case no 2 of 2020 passed by respondent additional district magistrate sheikhpura whereby and where under respondent ADM has been pleased to cancel the jamabandi No 676/2 and allow the cancellation case no 20/2020.

iii further for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authority to sustain the jamabandi No -676/2 created in favour of petitioner.

iv Further for issuance of an appropriate any other writ/wits, order/ orders. direction/directions for which petitioner shall be found entitled under the fact and circumstances of the case as stated below.”

Considering the reliefs, as sought for in the present

application, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a representation before the Commissioner, Munger Division for redressal of his grievances and the Commissioner, Munger Division is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
