the following reliefs :-
“i. For issuance of writ/writs,

order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities to complete the recruitment process for appointment of Lab Technician through Advertisement No. 02/2025 notified by the Respondent No. 3.
ii. For direction to fill up the vacancies of Lab Technicians through selection process mentioned in the Advertisement No. 02/2025 under Bihar Lab Technician Cadre (Amended) Rule 2024.
iii. For direction to complete the process of regular appointment on the post of Lab Technician against 2959 posts, as per Roaster clearance done in accordance with law as notified by the Health Department, Bihar, Patna vide Letter contained in Memo No. 519 (4) dated 02.04.2025.
iv. For direction to give effect to the letter no. 536 (4) dated 08.04.2025, issued by the Health Department Government of Bihar, for appointment of Lab Technicians against 2359 posts, excluding 610 posts which remained vacant under 2015 vacancies (advertised on 21.06.2015) for the post of Lab Technician.
v. For issuance of any other order/orders, direction/directions or writ/writs for which the writ petitioner shall be found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case.”
