Revenue Rent Fixation Rule arising out of the returns filed by the Ex-intermediary in view of Bihar Land Reforms Act, 1950 and Bihar Land Reforms Rules, 1951 as well as the specific / comprehensive report dated 19.03.2021 contained in letter no. 321 which is mentioned as Annexure-7 of this writ application send by the Circle Officer, Sampatchak to the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Patna Sadar, Patna.
(ii) And further for directing the respondents to take steps expeditiously upon the matter of the petitioner which has fully covered by a resolution passed by the Department of Revenue and Land Reforms, Government of Bihar, Patna which is contained in Memo No. 925 dated 11.11.2014 which is under the captioned of disposal of claim of the Gairmajarua Malik/ Sarkari Bhumi / Bakast Bhumi.
(iii) And also for any other appropriate writs, order(s), direction(s) which your lordships may deem fit and proper.”
