A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Pachmahla P.S. Case No. 07 of 2025 instituted under Sections 329(4), 109(1), 308(4), 308(5), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused went to the house of the informant and assaulted him and her daughter and also demanded extortion money.

The informant is the wife of the one criminal Mukesh Singh who along with Anant Singh had caused disturbance in the area because of which a large number of

criminals led by Anant Singh gathered and fired in the village.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is

allowed.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-III, Barh/ concerned Court in connection with Pachmahla P.S. Case No. 7 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS/ 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
