The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case instituted under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

As per prosecution case, on the alleged date of occurrence, when the informant was sitting at her door, the named accused persons including petitioner came there and told her to vacate the house as the house was sold to them by her brother-in-law. Upon refusal, the accused persons forcibly dragged her out of the house. The petitioner is alleged to have given iron blow on her right hand due to which her finger got

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The parties are agnates and there is land dispute between them. Some free fight took place between the parties in which both sides got injuries. Injury found on the finger of the injured is not on vital part. Similarly situated co-accused Bharat Singh @ Bharat Singh Maurya has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 05.01.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No.85686 of 2025. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and the trial.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
