The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 02.03.2025 at about 08.00 P.M., wife of informant went out from the house, but she did not return after long time. During search, he came to know that this petitioner and co-accused Kiran Devi induced his wife to run away and when he inquired with them, they threatened informant.
