The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order 31.05.2017 passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge 1^st Cum Special Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran in SC/ST Bettiah P.S. Case No. 46 of 2016, corresponding to T.R. No. 77 of 2017 by which cognizance was taken against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 504, 506 of the I.P.C. and Sections 3(1)(r) of the SC/ST Act.
