Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case

registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner secured appointment to the post of Teacher on the basis of forged documents.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner has been terminated from the service on the ground that his certificate was forged. He next submits that the certificate of the petitioner was genuine and termination from the service by the department

is illegal. Petitioner is now aged about 60 years having no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial.
