Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in Fulout P. S. Case No. 34 of 2026 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 of Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, on a secret information, raid was conducted at the house of this petitioner and one illegal country made pistol, one live cartridge and one dabiya was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has got no concern with the alleged recovery and has been made accused in this case merely on suspicion. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the fact that illegal country made pistol
