Both were rejected based on reports from the then in-charge Revenue Officer on 5.12.2020 and 26.2.2023, respectively. It is further submitted that Ravindra Kumar Mehta also filed an offline request to edit his name in Jamabandi No. 1161 through computerized Jamabandi No. 188111300089521 for Khata No. 114, Khesara No. 539, Mauja Bhatiyahi, Thana No. 166. During inquiry, Revenue Karmchari Ravindra Kumar Mehta submitted a certified copy of Mutation Record Case No. 6131/2018-19 issued by then Head Clerk Santosh Anand dated 15.4.2023. Ravindra Kumra Mehta applied through R.T.P.S. application dated 11.8.2018 and on that basis, Mutation Case No. 6131 of 2018-19 was done on 30.8.2018 by the then Circle Officer, Forbesganj, Shri Abhay Kant Mishra. A correction slip was issued to Revenue Karmchari Shri Shobha Narayan Chobey.
