APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections-74, 77, 3(5) of BNS, 2023 and u/S 10/12/15 of POCSO Act and 67 of the I.T. Act.

Allegation against the petitioner and co-accused is that they stealthily snapped video while the victim was taking bath and they made those videos viral.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of physical misdeed with the victim. The petitioner is in custody since 07-02-2025.

Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.
