4 12-01-2026 Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners have prayed for regular bail

for the offences punishable under Section 140(2) of the BNS and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Karwandiya P.S.Case No. 43/2025.

As per allegation, while the informant’s brother was on his way back home, three-four unknown accused persons forcibly made him sit in the car and took him towards Dehri. At around 10.10.p.m in night, an anonymous call was made to the wife of the victim and asked for ransom of Rs. 50 lakh and also threatened to eliminate the victim, if the matter was reported to the police.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated. There is nothing against them in the entire case diary, except some criminal antecedents. Co-accused Chotu and Raushan were arrested and they named the petitioners in their confessional statements. The victim in the TIP identified five accused persons, including Chotu and Raushan. In TIP, the petitioners were not identified by the victim, whereas other co-accused persons were identified. The petitioners are in custody since 30.04.2025.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with
