Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

APP for the State.

The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No.51 of 2026 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 316(2), 316(5), 318(4) and 3(5) of the BNS.

The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the petitioner defalcated altogether Rupees Seven Lakh.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not defalcated any amount. It has further been submitted that from perusal of the order of the learned trial court it will transpire that on 22.04.2026 the mother of this petitioner has deposited the said amount.
