Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated as the marriage of the petitioner was solemnized with the deceased in the year 2021 and since then not a single complaint was lodged against the petitioner. In fact, the deceased was residing in the house of the petitioner with full honour and dignity. Moreover, the post-mortem report suggests that the deceased was not subject to cruelty and no injury has been found on her body. However, the petitioner is willing to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Hon’ble Court in the event of his release on bail. He further submits that the petitioner was accused in one criminal case, in which he is on bail. He further submits that he is in custody since 18/02/2026. Learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that subsequently upon realising the truth the informant after death of the deceased has filed a petition before the Trial Court that he is not interested to pursue this case further.
