Case No. 641 of 2025 (District Vaishali), registered for offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 76, 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. The FIR alleged that the petitioner, along with co-accused Dileep Mahto, assaulted the brother-in-law of the informant with an axe. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahua P. S. Case No. 641 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 76, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

As per F.I.R., this petitioner along with co-accused Dileep Mahto assaulted brother-in-law of the informant with axe.
