The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 126(1), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 103(1), 76, 303(2), 351(2), 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

As per F.I.R., on 06.12.2025 at about 4 PM, the father-in-law of informant was at his Grocery shop, in the meantime, these petitioners along with other co-accused persons, armed with Farsa , iron rod, Lathi , Danda , came and

started abusing him and thereafter, brutally assaulted him, due to which, he became unconscious and when informant and other family members went for rescue, they were also assaulted by accused persons. The accused persons also disrobed the informant and snatched her gold-ring, gold Mangalsutra & Jiutia (gold locket) and also took away Rs. 13,000/- cash from the box, kept in the shop. The father-in-law of the informant died during course of treatment.
