occurrence, there is a case and counter-case between the parties and both sides have sustained injuries. The parties are agnates. He further submits that two persons are alleged to have sustained injuries, one being the informant’s wife, whose injury is simple in nature, and the other being the informant’s brother, who has sustained a grievous injury in the form of fracture of the right nasal bone. Learned counsel, on instructions, further submits that, without admitting his guilt and without prejudice to his defence, the petitioner is willing to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the injured person towards medical/financial assistance, with a view to bringing quietus to the ongoing dispute. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Biraul, Darbhanga/Successor Court in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No.84 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS
upon producing receipt showing payment of Rs.10,000/- to the injured, as well as the following conditions:
(i) One of the bailors should be the family member/relative/ known of the petitioner(s) who shall provide official document/ personal affidavit to show his/her bona fide;
(ii) the petitioner(s) shall appear on each and every date before the Trial Court and failure to do so for two consecutive dates without plausible reason will entail cancellation of his/her/their bail bond by the Trial Court itself;
(iii) the petitioner(s) shall in no way try to induce or promise or threat the witnesses or tamper with the evidences, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds;
(iv) the petitioner(s) shall desist from committing any criminal offence again, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of their bail bonds.
