2 . The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 205 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 310(2), 311 of the BNS, 2023.

3 . As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have committed dacoity in the house of the informant.

¶14

4 . The petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2025 and has eleven criminal antecedents. The allegations against the petitioner are serious and grave in nature. There exists prima facie material against the petitioner indicating his involvement in the commission of the offence.

5 . Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
