The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for

offence under Section 80 / 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner is husband of the deceased and it is alleged that all the accused persons including petitioner committed torture & cruelty with daughter of informant for dowry and ultimately killed her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, the deceased committed suicide by hanging. Learned counsel orally submits that after framing of charge, two witnesses have been examined on behalf of prosecution and both of them did not support the prosecution case. Petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2026, having no

Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the

Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur / concerned Court in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 168 of 2025.
