Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, informant

and the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 127(2), 109, 303(2), 118(1), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

As per F.I.R., on the order of this petitioner, other named accused persons assaulted informant by means of farsa .

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is only alleged to be the order giver and there is no allegation of any specific overt act against him. Injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature. Case and counter case.
